Enrollment Availability

Online D.U.I. registrations can be done at any time, see links below.

The initial office visit will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This time is not credited toward evaluation time or class time.

NOTE: You MUST provide proof that you live, work, or attend school within the following counties: Alachua, Bradford, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, Union. If you DO NOT live, work, or attend school in any of the counties listed above, you MUST get written permission from the DUI school in your county of residence to attend the DUI programs associated with NCFSC.

Level 1 is for first time DUI offenders.
Level 2 is for second and subsequent DUI offenders.
It is your responsibility to register into the correct DUI Level. There will be additional costs for transfers between Level 1 and Level 2 DUI programs.

PAYMENT IN FULL is required at the time of registration. Payment is by Credit Card Only or also by E-check in the office.

Payment of fees is acknowledgement and agreement to the program rules and regulations. All fees payable to North Central Florida Safety Council, Inc. are non-refundable, even if you are found not guilty of the DUI and your administrative suspension is invalidated.

Required Documentation for Registration

• Copy of DUI Citation/Ticket*
• Copy of the DUI Arrest / Accident Report*
• Copy of your LIFETIME Driving History**
  • - NCFSC will make the initial attempt to obtain the citation and arrest report. If we are unable to get the records, you will be required to obtain and provide them to us within 7 days of registration.
  • - The lifetime driving history must be dated within 90 days of registration
  • - If a resident of Florida for less than 3 years, you must ALSO provide a lifetime driving record from the state in which you were licensed.

* These records are obtainable from the county courthouse where the DUI was issued, usually the criminal traffic or county clerk's office.
** A State of Florida ONLY Lifetime Driving Record can be obtained from us for an additional fee of $ 16.00. NOTE: A RECEIPT CANNOT be issued unless you are completely registered and payment in full has been received for that class / evaluation

• Class dates and evaluation appointments are based upon first come, first choice.
• WE CANNOT HOLD AND/OR RESERVE A CLASS SEAT OR AN EVALUATION TIME UNLESS YOU ARE PAID IN FULL AND REGISTERED.
